Curriculum Vitae (CV) Requirements

To remain in compliance with various continuing education (CE) boards, PESI is required to keep your curriculum vitae on file, and sometimes, we also need to submit a copy to the boards along with CE applications for credit.  Your curriculum vitae (CV) is due within two weeks of receiving the new speaker “Welcome Email.”

Curriculum vitae (CV) Requirements:  

• Must include current personal contact information (name, address, cell phone #, email) 
• Education, experience and/or training must support the topic you are presenting 
• Must include continuing education taken and given in the past five (5) years 
• Must include your professional license number(s) and state(s) of licensure
