Description

As a therapist, you need to be able to adapt your treatment to meet the unique needs of each and every person who walks through your door.

But many therapies can feel rigid, limiting and overly complicated for both you and your clients.

Fortunately, there’s a more flexible and intuitive option for healing.

Brainspotting gives you and your clients the brain-body therapy needed to treat trauma and other disorders without the complicated rigidity of other approaches.

By identifying and focusing on a specific eye position that corresponds to a traumatic or emotionally charged memory or sensation (a brainspot) the therapist and client can work together to more effectively access and process underlying emotions and memories…

…all in a straightforward manner that feels easily accessible for both client and clinician.

And now in this intensive training you’ll watch Brainspotting experts Illene Rusk, PhD and Pie Frey, PsyD as they give you a series of techniques you can use right away to help your clients reduce their anxiety, trauma reactions, negative habit pattern loops, and more.

Both trained directly by Brainspotting developer Dr. David Grand they’ve taught thousands of therapists how to get the most out of brainspotting, making them the perfect instructors for this course.

With in-depth explanations, step-by-step guidance, case studies and demonstrations, they’ll ensure you leave this training feeling confident in using brainspotting – from initial assessment to skillfully setting up and conducting sessions.

Don’t wait to join thousands of clinicians worldwide using brainspotting to work with their clients’ trauma, anxiety and deep-seated wounds for greater healing.
