Biohacking Lower Body Rehab with Blood Flow Restriction

Blood flow restriction (BFR) training is hands down one of the best ways to promote muscle hypertrophy and tissue healing, ultimately accelerating recovery in rehab!

And when it comes to research-based therapeutic techniques, BFR has the strongest science to support its use in the clinic.

When the BFR cuff is used to reduce blood flow, your patient gets both mechanical and metabolic stimulation at the same time – more bang for your buck! Join us as we take a quick dive into common LE injuries and how to use BFR to accelerate recovery in:
  • Achilles tendon injuries
  • Jumper’s knee
  • Hamstring issues

We’ll even show you our favorite exercises to do with BFR! This emerging treatment is so effective that bodyweight alone is often enough to stimulate adaptations and promote healing, making this a great tool that can be used with many of the patients you treat!

Less pain and accelerated recovery.
