Hi. I am about to teach a mini session to 10th graders on mindfulness. Do you think incorporating this exercise would be beneficial?

Thank you Jennifer. I will teach this exercise to an angry adolescent girl as a way she might feel more in charge of how she expresses her energy. Relevant for older people too!

Yes, I will use this with both adults and children. I recently saw it done in a video empowering women of abuse, so the timing on how to do it was perfect. Thank you.

Jennifer and PESI... Not just for kids! I'm in my 50s, and I see where this exercise can be very useful in my own physical fitness routine, as well as for some adult clients in their MindFitness practice. Thanks for sharing this.

Yes I will use the Ha Kriya exercise with my clients. I have found that young people like opportunities to project their voices and sound out. Thanks!
