Tamara Rosier, PhD


Tamara Rosier, PhD, is the founder of the ADHD Center of West Michigan, a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families better understand and navigate the emotional, relational, and executive function challenges associated with ADHD. An author, educator, and board-certified coach, her work focuses on the intersection of attention, emotion, behavior, nervous system regulation, and family dynamics, with an emphasis on translating complex concepts into practical, everyday strategies.

Dr. Rosier is the author of several books on ADHD, emotional regulation, and relationships, including Your Brain’s Not Broken, You, Me, and Our ADHD Family, and Your Brain’s Not Broken Workbook. Your Brain’s Not Broken has been translated into multiple languages. Her writing is widely recognized for helping readers make sense of the lived experience of ADHD with clarity, compassion, and psychological insight.

She is the co-founder of the Center for ADHD Coaching Excellence and co-leader of the International Conference on ADHD, and she is a former president of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO). Dr. Rosier trains professionals on ADHD-related topics, including emotional regulation, executive function, family systems, and relational dynamics. Her work has been featured in ADDitude Magazine, South African Psychiatry, the International Journal of Evidence-Based Coaching and Mentoring, and JAMA Network Open. Prior to her work in the ADHD field, Dr. Rosier spent nearly two decades in higher education as a professor and administrator specializing in teaching and learning.
