Sony Khemlani-Patel Ph.D., PhD

Sony Khemlani-Patel, PhD, is the clinical director at the Bio Behavioral Institute in Great Neck, NY where she has specialized in the evidence-based treatment of OCD and related disorders for over 20 years. She is on the Scientific and Clinical Advisory Board of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and a member of their Body Dysmorphic Disorder Special Interest Group (SIG). She is Vice President of OCD-NY, the NY State Affiliate of the IOCDF. Dr. Khemlani is a faculty member of IOCDF’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) and provides training and supervision to licensed clinicians.
