Rachel Ledbetter, LMFT
Rachel Ledbetter is the CEO and co-founder of Motivo Health, the first virtual platform designed to connect pre-licensed therapists with clinical supervisors. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, Rachel’s early career experiences – working with underserved communities and navigating the challenges of rural supervision access – inspired her to build a more accessible path to licensure.
In 2018, she founded Motivo Health to eliminate geographic and logistical barriers to clinical supervision. Since then, Motivo has supported over 8,000 clinicians nationwide and raised $14M in funding to scale its impact.
Rachel has been recognized by Forbes as one of "The Next 1000" entrepreneurs redefining the American dream. She is a frequent speaker on clinical supervision, workforce development, and the intersection of mental health and technology. Rachel’s leadership is grounded in her commitment to making mental health care more accessible by supporting the professionals who provide it.
