Jarred Prudencio, PharmD, FCCP, BCACP, BC-ADM, is a clinical pharmacist and board-certified advanced diabetes management specialist with 10 years of experience in outpatient chronic disease management. He maintains an active clinical practice in a rural primary care clinic, where he serves as the primary point of contact for continuous glucose monitors and automated insulin delivery systems.
Dr. Prudencio is a tenured Associate Professor in Pharmacy Practice at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, with affiliate faculty appointments in the Department of Medical Education and a family medicine physician residency program. He has extensive experience delivering continuing education to experienced clinicians across pharmacy, nursing, medicine, and dietetics.
