Deb Lund, MS, OTR/L
Deb Lund is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Developmental Specialist with over 25 years of dedicated work supporting children and families. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University, an Honors degree in Psychology, and is a Certified Professional in ADHD. Debbie is the Owner and CEO of a community-based multidisciplinary practice, the founder of a microschool designed specifically for children with ADHD, and the host of a podcast dedicated to providing practical education and resources for families and the community.
Deb is passionate about helping families understand the practical relationship between brain development and everyday function. By bridging neuroscience, research, and clinical expertise with real-world application, she helps parents and educators make informed decisions that support regulation, learning, independence, and long-term success. Her holistic, child-centered approach focuses on understanding the “why” behind each child’s challenges and building practical strategies that fit naturally into daily life.
She specializes in supporting children with ADHD, autism, regulation challenges, and specific learning disabilities, including dysgraphia, dyslexia, and dyscalculia. With advanced training in sensory processing, primitive reflex integration, motor coordination, and executive functioning, Debbie provides evidence-based, individualized interventions tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs. As an educator and public speaker, she is passionate about empowering parents, educators, and communities with practical, neuroscience-informed strategies that help children build stronger brains and more meaningful lives.
