Marlon Rollins, PhD, LPCC, LMHC
Marlon Rollins, PhD, LPCC, LMHC, is a licensed professional clinical counselor, behavioral health executive, and national speaker specializing in trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, and postvention practice. With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, he has served as CEO and COO of inpatient and outpatient mental health organizations, leading initiatives in crisis response, suicide prevention strategy, and resilience-based clinical programming.
Dr. Rollins is the founder of Mind Transformed, LLC and the developer of the Growth Codes™ resilience model, an integrative framework designed to help individuals navigate trauma, identity disruption, and purpose reconstruction. He is also co-facilitator of Mourning Glory, a support group for suicide loss survivors, where he works directly with individuals and families navigating the aftermath of suicide loss.
He has served on the board of United Suicide Survivors International and on the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline Steering Committee and has presented at national and international conferences including the American Association of Suicidology and the Zero Suicide International Summit. In addition to his professional expertise, Rollins brings lived experience as a suicide loss survivor following the death of his sister, Amber Rose Rollins, a nurse. This personal experience informs his clinical lens and deepens his commitment to helping survivors move beyond stigma, guilt, and isolation toward healing, integration, and meaning. His work bridges research, clinical science, systems leadership, and lived experience to support individuals, families, and communities impacted by suicide.
