Patrick Tobey, LMFT, is a certified Parts and Memory Therapy Trainer and seasoned therapist with more than a decade of clinical experience specializing in complex trauma, dissociation, and deeply entrenched emotional wounds. Known for his grounded, compassionate teaching style, Patrick has trained hundreds of therapists in using Parts and Memory Therapy with clarity and confidence. Students say his ability to break down complex trauma concepts into simple, usable steps makes parts work finally click—and feel doable in real sessions. Patrick is also a state approved primary supervisor and an AAMFT approved supervisor providing supervision for therapist interns since 2018.
