Marit Appeldoorn, MSW, LICSW, RPT-S™
Marit Appeldoorn, MSW, LICSW, RPT-S™ is the creator of Reflective Play Therapy Supervision. She is a clinical social worker and play therapy supervisor and is the co-founder of Safe Haven in Roseville, Minnesota, which provides training, mentorship, coaching, and resources for clinical supervisors and other mental health professionals. Marit is a former president of the Minnesota Association for Play Therapy, has taught in multiple academic programs, and is a frequent conference presenter on supervision and burnout prevention related topics. She specializes in a reflective, playful, and integrative approach to consultation and supervision, both of which she has been doing for over 25 years.
