Jen Lindgren, RYT 500

Jen Lindgren, RYT 500, is a trauma-informed educator, movement facilitator, and advocate for healing-centered practices. Her work began in the late 1990s, using dance and interpretive movement to support system-impacted youth in building confidence and self-expression. As Training Manager for Prison Yoga Project, she leads their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and develops programs that train incarcerated individuals to teach yoga and engage in mindfulness. Jen is passionate about supporting sober communities, system-impacted youth, veterans, and individuals recovering from cancer. She facilitates trauma-informed training for yoga teachers, integrating restorative and healing-centered methodologies.
