Caleb Boston, LPC - CE Training instructor

Caleb Boston, LPC

Caleb Boston, LPC, has a passion for integrating body-based, nervous system-informed, and developmentally sensitive interventions into his clinical practice to help clients recognize the adaptability of their mind and the profound potential for healing. He graduated from Evangel University with a Master of Science in clinical mental health counseling and has been practicing EMDR for years, alongside other trauma-focused therapy approaches.

Caleb’s work is deeply rooted in somatic psychology, relational neuroscience, and attachment-informed therapy, helping clients process trauma with a holistic, mind-body approach. He believes that healing happens in relationships – both with ourselves and with those arounds us – and he strives to create an environment of safety, curiosity and empowerment in every session.

Beyond his work as a clinician, he supports EMDR therapists in developing confidence, clinical skill, and somatic attunement in their practice. As a co-author of Somatic Integration and Processing I & II and Body in Mind, Caleb’s work focuses on integrating somatic principles, polyvagal theory, and developmental neuroscience into trauma treatment. He is also the host of The Evidenced-Based Therapist podcast and SomaPsyche, where he explores the intersections of science, psychotherapy, and the healing arts.
