It’s Your Chance for a 1-Day Boundaries and Professional Ethics Training in either Downers Grove, Arlington Heights, or at Home via Live Webcast!

We spend our days taking care of others, then wonder why we are burnt out, sore, can’t sleep, and feel so irritable….

But here’s the catch: when we neglect our own well-being, it’s not just us who suffer. Ethical missteps, poor judgment, and even client care can be at risk.

That’s why we brought in ethics expert Adrianne Sturtevant, LICSW — who’s trained clinicians across the country on the one skill set most of us were never taught: how to say no, set firm boundaries, and actually protect yourself without sacrificing the clients who depend on you.

This isn’t a feel-good seminar about bubble baths and journaling. This is practical, ethics-grounded training that will give you the tools to safeguard your well-being, your practice, and your license.

Through engaging discussion, real-world activities, and hands-on skill building, Adrianne will show you exactly how boundaries and self-care are ethically intertwined — and what the latest ethics codes actually require of you.

You’ll walk away equipped to handle it all, including:

  • Setting and maintaining boundaries with confidence
  • Applying ethical decision-making frameworks rooted in your own values
  • Navigating the latest ethics codes and guidelines on self-care
  • Integrating boundary-setting into your treatment planning
  • Using proven techniques to prevent burnout for the long haul

Leave this training feeling refreshed and reinvigorated, with a personalized ethical self-care plan you can rely on for years to come.
