★★★★★
“Best training I’ve ever taken.”
It’s the line that keeps showing up — across hundreds of reviews.

No matter the diagnosis, your clients need effective skills to navigate life’s challenges. Without them, positive change and healing will always stay just out of reach.

That’s where DBT comes in.

Evidence-based and relied on by thousands of clinicians, DBT is the ultimate life skills program for your clients…and one of the most powerful tools available to help them manage their emotions, cope with distress, and improve their lives.

And it gets even better.

Not only does DBT work, it transforms the way you do therapy – moving you from solely change-based models to one of skill-based learning. With DBT, you can go beyond symptom management and reach the very core of how your clients think about life, emotions, and relationships.

Now you can add DBT to your clinical toolbox and get Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) in just 3 days!

You’ll join Certified DBT Therapist Lexi Mulee, who’s been using DBT in individual sessions and skills groups for nearly a decade. In 3 days of training, she’ll share the core principles, skills, and techniques of DBT, and give you step-by-step instruction on application in a variety of clinical settings and scenarios.

With real-world case studies that make the material relatable and a dash of humor to make it digestible (and dare we say it…fun), Lexi will make sure you’re equipped to use DBT with clients right away, regardless of what you treat!

PLUS you’ll get a 29-week DBT Curriculum Workbook full of exercises and worksheets to use with clients and 3-months of FREE clinical mentorship calls. That’s right, you can join Lexi for 2 hours every month to review skills, discuss cases and get ongoing support as you start using DBT in the real world.

And don’t forget, when you complete this course, you can become Certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (C-DBT) through Evergreen Certifications at no additional cost*.

This is your chance to build the skills and confidence to integrate DBT into your own practice.

A Personal Invitation

You got into this work to help people actually get better — not just talk about getting better. But if you’re anything like I was, you’ve had that quiet moment between sessions where you think: I love this client. I care about this client. And I am running out of things to actually hand them.

The talk therapy is beautiful. The insight is there. And they still walk out the door and fall right back into the same patterns. It’s exhausting. And honestly? It can leave you feeling like you’re not doing enough — even when you’re doing everything you know how to do.

I’ve been there. That’s the gap DBT fills.

DBT is the most practical, skills-heavy modality I’ve ever used, and I’ve been living in it for almost a decade — in groups, in individual sessions, with folks navigating BPD, eating disorders, addiction, trauma, suicidality, and honestly just… being a human in a hard world. And don’t let anyone tell you you have to be a “full-model, four-component, pro-team-or-bust” clinician to use it brilliantly. That rigidity goes against the whole spirit of the thing.

Over three days together, I’m going to give you the real stuff — not theory you’ll forget by Friday at 5:40, but actual tools you can use Monday morning. How to teach dialectics so it finally clicks (the way it didn’t click for me for years). How to find a client’s “hook” so they actually want to do the work. Distress tolerance skills that bend to fit a real person’s real life. Diary cards that show clients the wins they swear they aren’t making. And how to hold acceptance and change at the same time without it feeling like a contradiction.

I’ll bring real clinical stories and a good dose of humor — because this material lands better when it feels human. My whole goal is that you walk away thinking: I’ve got this. I know what I’m doing. Practical, not conceptual.

By the end, you’ll be Certified in DBT — and, more importantly, you’ll have a toolbox you actually trust.

Come build a life worth living for your clients. And maybe, a little, for yourself too.

See you there,
Lexi

A Clinician’s Guide to Teaching Skills That Stick

What if DBT could be easier, more accessible, and maybe even fun to implement? DBT can feel like a beast — countless acronyms, flowcharts, and pages of theory. It can feel like you need to learn a whole new language. The good news is… you don’t.

In DBT Made Doable, Lexi shows you how to ditch the rigidity and use DBT the way it was meant to be used: flexibly, realistically, and in your unique voice. Written skill-per-page, this collection of customizable interventions includes:

  • All four core DBT modules, broken down in simple, practical terms
  • Clear guidance on how to explain each skill so they actually land
  • Common client pitfalls (and what to do about them)
  • Relatable, playful examples and pop-culture references to make skills stick
  • Ready-to-use client worksheets for real-time use

The Transformation

Here’s what your peers walked away ready to do

1

Start their own DBT group — and run it

Teen groups, adult groups, IOP groups — they left with the structure to actually launch.

2

Take on the clients they used to refer out

BPD, suicidal ideation, self-harm, complex trauma, eating disorders, SUD — without flinching.

3

Stop feeling under-qualified for complex cases

In their words: no longer “limited, constricted, or inexperienced for more complex clients.”

4

Use it Monday morning — not “someday”

Sharing skills with colleagues and planning client sessions before the next work week even started.

5

Make their whole practice DBT-informed

Clinical directors planned to train staff; whole offices set out to become DBT-C.

6

Reach for concrete tools, not vague intentions

Diary cards, Wise Mind, distress-tolerance & ACCEPTS skills, the three states of mind — ready to deploy.
