Tanya Kailath, MSN, GNP-BC, ACHPN, is an experienced geriatric nurse practitioner and advanced certified hospice and palliative care nurse. She presents nationally on palliative and hospice care, advanced care planning and end of life topics.
Throughout her career, Tanya has delivered specialized care to thousands of patients across various care settings and developed expertise in the management of chronic complex conditions, palliative and hospice care, and patient/caregiver education. She has precepted nurse practitioners and medical residents in palliative care and geriatrics.
