Terri Townsend, MA, RN, CCRN-CMC, has over 45 years of critical care nursing experience, with specialty certifications in critical care and cardiovascular nursing. She also has over 20 years teaching experience, both in the academic and clinical settings. She has been a frequent speaker at the American Association of Critical Care Nurses’ National Teaching Institute, as well as regional, national, and international conferences. In addition, she has authored and co-authored several articles in peer-reviewed nursing journals on various clinical and healthy work environment topics.
