Dr. Barber has over 24 years of experience in healthcare, reviewing medical records, interpreting fetal monitor tracings, implementing perinatal policies and procedures, facilitating perinatal education, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Her clinical expertise helps to support efforts with medical legal perinatal care review, risk management assessments, and perinatal education.
