Stacey Woodson, MS, RD, LDN, is a registered dietitian-nutritionist, speaker, and author on the topics of nutrition and wellness, with over twenty years of professional experience.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from Hampton University, a Bachelor of Science in dietetics from LaSalle University and a Master of Science in clinical nutrition from New York University.
Stacey’s mission is to help improve physical and mental well-being through food. Stacey specializes in using food and medicine to fuse nutrition, nature and cultural foodways into an anti-diet approach while teaching her clients to eat foods that improve health and bring them joy.
