Many of your neurodivergent female clients are experts in the art of masking their struggles to secure acceptance and belonging … but that survival strategy comes at a cost: nervous system overload, sensory overwhelm and an overall inability to identify internal emotional states.
So, if you’re just treating executive functioning deficits, you’re missing the real issue: chronic masking and the inability to read or trust internal cues.
You need clinical tools and strategies to address the profound mind-body disconnection driving these issues.
That’s exactly what you’ll get in this training.
Join Lindsey “Lola” Thomson, RP, CCC, BEd, a neurodivergent, neuro-affirming registered psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, and educator with nearly a decade of clinical experience and integrating somatic, trauma-informed, and expressive-arts approaches tailored to neurodivergent women
In just one day she’ll give you ready-to-use somatic-based and creative expressive arts interventions that can help your clients understand internal cues and finally reconnect with their bodies without masking.
… and help you confidently deliver safe, effective, neuro-affirming strategies that boost therapeutic outcomes and support long-term nervous-system resilience.
You will learn:
- Evidence-based somatic tools to expand awareness and mind-body connection
- Creative strategies that strengthen regulation, processing, and resilience
- Ready-to-use movement, sound, and art-making exercises for sensory sensitivities
- Clear do’s and don’ts for safe somatic and creative work
- Real-world cases to help you spot ADHD vs. ASD in women and choose the right interventions
Register today! Go beyond executive functioning and be the therapist that actually helps neurodivergent women restore self-trust and reconnect to themselves!
