Kristin Schmidtgall, MPH, PA-C, is a practicing physician assistant, starting in family practice and then focused on orthopedics. Nutrition has become a passion of hers, as she continued her nutrition coursework as an undergrad at Cornell University and in her Master of Public Health at the University of Michigan. Kristin then became a Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional and has been sparked to incorporate ‘food as medicine’ in her orthopedic practice. She is excited to share the resulting significant improvements in patient outcomes with other clinicians!
