Description

  • Address compassion fatigue and burnout with real, research-driven tools
  • Learn how to protect your license and your clients by protecting yourself
  • Build a sustainable self-care plan that aligns with ethical codes

Burnout, vicarious trauma, and compassion fatigue rarely show up all at once.

They build slowly, quietly, and before you know it, they start influencing your judgment, your boundaries, and even the way you show up with clients.

And while Clinicians spend their days holding space for everyone else, very few are ever taught how to ethically care for themselves.

Which is precisely why we created this training with ethics expert Latasha Matthews, MA, LPC, CPCS, CPLC. Drawing on evidence based tools from CBT, DBT, and somatic practices, along with a clear look at boundaries and the patterns that pull therapists into over functioning, this training helps you understand the forces that shape clinician wellness. You’ll examine the slow build of stress, the ethical pressure to keep showing up when your capacity is stretched, the subtle ways burnout affects care, and how to treat wellness as an ethical commitment.

You will get clear, usable strategies to help you:

  • Notice compassion fatigue and burnout before they escalate
  • Understand how stress quietly shapes treatment decisions
  • Strengthen boundaries that support ethical, sustainable practice
  • Build a personalized wellness plan that aligns with professional ethical codes
  • Interrupt stress cycles using simple skills you can put into practice right away

If you are ready to work in a way that sustains both you and your clients, don’t wait!
