The telehealth rulebook has shifted again, and many clinicians are working from guidance that is two or three years stale.
To make sure you aren’t practicing on outdated rules – and risking your license on guidance that no longer applies – you need a clear, current picture of where telehealth ethics stand today.
That’s why we’re bringing you Dr. Mike Jones with a practical, up-to-the-minute training that cuts through the noise and tells you what’s changed and what it means for your practice.
In just 3 hours he’ll bring you up to speed on:
- Evolving informed-consent expectations
- The impacts of the Counseling Compact moving from idea to operational reality
- A new generation of practice tools, including AI-assisted platforms, that carry both promise and exposure
Whether you’re a counselor, social worker, psychologist, marriage and family therapist or other mental health practitioner, this program will map each development back to the ACA Code of Ethics and the parallel standards of the NASW, APA, and AAMFT …
… so you leave feeling more ready to meet today’s telehealth reality head-on.
