Dr. Richard Schwartz: Wake Up Calls and Trail Heads

How COVID-19 is affecting our parts.

Richard Schwartz, Ph.D.

Dr. Richard Schwartz, founder of IFS, speaks on how COVID-19 is a triggering situation that has an array of effects on all of our parts and how this is a wakeup call not just for us personally, but also for the planet, countries, and corporations.

The more we can access Self, the more it ripples across cultures.

This is a great time to notice the parts that have been driving your life and what it’s like to have everything shut down and not be dominated by the daily distractions.

What comes up when you are really taken out of this context for an extended period of time?

Work with Dr. Richard Schwartz through a meditation to find your most extreme parts during this uncertain time and work through an exercise to work with these parts.
