National Anxiety & Depression Awareness Week

In recognition of Stress Awareness Month, we're bringing you these resources.

Each year the first week of May is recognized as National Anxiety & Depression Awareness Week. This week is utilized to raise awareness surrounding some of the most common mental health disorders while also eliminating the stigmas surrounding mental illness.

While it is normal in today’s world to feel anxious and sad at times, there are also situations that may warrant treatment from a licensed mental health clinician. Depression and Anxiety are both disorders that can be treated through evidence-based therapy, medications, or both.
