Terry M. Magady, Esq., CELA, a nationally recognized expert in the field of elder law, is certified as a specialist in elder law by the National Elder Law Foundation, and he was selected as a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners, NAELA’s designation for the most highly regarded elder law attorneys in the country. He received his law degree from the University of Southern California, his MPA form Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, and his BA from Occidental College. Mr. Magady serves on the Los Angeles County Personal Assistance Services Council and the Los Angeles City Commission on Disability. He has been voted a California “Super Lawyer” and is the author of numerous publications published by the California Education of the Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
