Overview of the Continuing Education Team:  

The PESI Continuing Education Team is responsible for supporting PESI’s continuing education efforts by ensuring accreditation compliance with national, state, and international professional board/organization requirements (e.g., APA, ACCME, ANCC, ASHA, ASWB). In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the world-class continuing education programs PESI develops for mental health, rehab, healthcare and education professionals. This role includes reviewing educational content and speaker credentials for compliance purposes, evaluating the educational reviews of other professionals, working with others to implement process improvements, and research and implementation of accreditation board guidelines. The PESI IT Team supports every aspect of our organization, from desktop support to enterprise software development. The Lead Software Engineer is one of several peer-level people leaders within the development organization, each responsible for a subset of the development team. These leads report directly to the IT Development Manager and work collaboratively with one another to keep the broader team aligned, unblocked, and moving in the same direction.

Leads in this role also work in close partnership with the VP of IT, both as a resource for their own leadership development and to stay connected to the broader strategic direction of the IT organization. What You Will Be Doing:

People — Managing, Coaching & Supporting the Dev Team

• Serve as one of the people managers for the development team — handling day-to-day coaching, feedback, and performance conversations

Overview the Product Administration Team: 

The PESI Product Administration Team is responsible for building and maintaining the extensive catalog of products across PESI’s brands, as well as configuring live in-person and live virtual events. This position involves working on a detail-oriented and driven team, as well as cross-functionally across the organization to ensure superior products can go to market effectively. 

Our Product Administration Team helps connect knowledge with need by ensuring the accessibility of PESI’s live events, digital products and physical products. The Product Administration Specialist will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where growth and professionalism will be achieved largely through sound judgment, sense of urgency, integrity, creativity, and a balance between strategic and tactical skills. 

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities) 

• Set up events and physical/digital products within PESI’s proprietary commerce and learning management platforms. This includes building out new products and events, updating product content, and continually exploring entrepreneurial ways to improve the user experience and maximize sales. 
• Build and maintain product sales pages and web pages using HTML and CSS to deliver compelling customer experiences and drive sales. 
• Initiate quality assurance processes for sales pages and web pages.  
• Provide behind-the-scenes support during live online events and conferences. 
• Collaborate with multiple domestic and international departments to ensure accurate and timely setup of products and programs. 
• Contribute innovative ideas to the delivery and configuration of PESI’s events and products. 
• Provide detailed technical support and product knowledge to both internal and external customers. 
• Maintain and continuously improve work process flows in efforts to improve products and marketing timelines. 
• Recommend products for inclusion in various sales vehicles that reflect customer demands. 
• Practice effective time management of your workload to ensure deadlines are met. 
• Assist in other product management efforts as directed. 

What You Bring to the Team: (skills and requirements) 

• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in business, operations, or retail merchandising management, planning, marketing analytics, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience required.  
• Foundational knowledge of HTML and CSS required, with the ability to create and maintain web and sales page content. Experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to support coding, content creation, and troubleshooting is preferred; candidates should demonstrate curiosity and willingness to continue developing these skills. 
• Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in windows applications including Microsoft Office 
• Experience working with multiple computer systems 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with great attention to detail  
• 1-3 years’ experience in one or more areas of the continuing education seminar industry, product planning, or customer service preferred. 
• Strong communication skills, written & verbal

Are you the person who loves untangling a gnarly ticket, translating “it’s broken” into a clear next step, and following through until it’s truly resolved? Join PESI as a Systems Support Analyst and become the first point of contact in Freshdesk for the internal systems our teams rely on every day — triaging requests, troubleshooting what you can, and routing the rest to the right team with the context they need to move fast. You’ll report to our Program Manager and work daily alongside every team in IT, and with people across our entire organization, to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Overview of the Information Technology Team:
The PESI IT Team supports every aspect of our organization, from desktop support to enterprise software development. We build and manage the systems that drive innovation, streamline operations, and enhance the experience for our associates and customers alike. Our team values agility, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration — and we’re looking for someone who can stay organized and level-headed while triaging a high volume of requests with purpose and precision.

We’ve built our support model so the right request reaches the right team every time. Our Customer Service team owns the day-to-day support of our external customers, escalating to IT only when an issue turns out to be a systems issue. Our IT Ops team triages and resolves anything related to network, hardware, credentials, and infrastructure. Between those two teams sits a category of work that belongs squarely with IT but isn’t infrastructure: the internally built and maintained systems our associates rely on every day, and the feature requests that keep those systems improving. That’s where this role lives.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Serving as the primary owner of Freshdesk tickets related to PESI’s internally built, maintained, and supported systems
• Triaging incoming requests quickly and accurately — distinguishing bugs, how-to questions, training needs, and feature requests from business stakeholders
• Determining whether a request belongs with you, another department, or another team in IT and routing it with the context needed to act on it
• Prioritizing the queue based on urgency, business impact, and the number of associates or customers affected
• Investigating reported issues to determine root cause before escalating, and resolving what you can directly — configuration, data corrections, user error, or how-to guidance
• Reproducing bugs and gathering the technical detail developers need — steps to reproduce, screenshots, logs, and environment — to hand off clean, actionable tickets
• Testing and verifying fixes before closing tickets, confirming with the requester that the issue is truly resolved
• Serving as the intake point for feature requests on internally built systems, capturing enough detail to make each request actionable
• Partnering with our business, our development team and Program Manager to get feature requests understood, sized, and prioritized against other work
• Keeping requesters informed on where their ticket or request stands, even when the answer is “not yet”
• Identifying recurring issues and patterns across tickets, and recommending fixes or process changes that reduce future volume
• Maintaining internal documentation, FAQs, and known-issue lists so common questions can be self-served over time
• Providing regular visibility into queue health, trends, and recurring pain points to IT and Development leadership
• Helping refine Freshdesk workflows, categories, and triage rules as our systems, tools, and teams grow
