The PESI CE team is currently seeking to fill the open position of Continuing Education Administrator.  The CE Administrator will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment where growth and professionalism will be achieved largely through sound judgment, sense of urgency, integrity, creativity, and a balance between strategic and tactical skills.

Summary:
The CE Administrator is part of our CE team and is responsible for supporting PESI’s continuing education efforts by ensuring accreditation compliance with national and state professional board requirements (e.g., ACCME, ANCC, ASHA, ASWB). This role includes drafting accreditation renewals, reviewing educational content and speaker credentials for compliance purposes, submitting necessary documentation for board approvals, and issuing the appropriate credit hours to participants.

Responsibilities:
Secure and maintain accreditation for educational courses and products. 
Ensure adherence to board requirements in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of courses offered, including meeting deadlines for submission of reports, forms, fees and certificates.
Communicate accreditation requirements to all relevant departments across the organization.
Maintain a collaborative relationship with other departments and appropriate accrediting agencies.
Provide verification to various accreditation groups and certificates as requested.
Respond to board inquiries and attendee requests in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned and needed by the business.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience in an accreditation-related field.
Business or project management experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to use computer technology consistent with duties and responsibilities.
Enjoys problem solving and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing workload.

Summary:

The Customer Service team is currently seeking to fill an opening for a Customer Service Representative. The PESI Inc. customer service team is collaborative, fast paced and continuously changing and evolving to meet the demands of our business and customer needs. This role is responsible for acting as a liaison between our customers and PESI. As a representative you will be responsible for providing information to customers in response to inquiries about PESI products and services. This will be for our 11am-8pm schedule. We are open to remote candidates!


Responsibilities:

  • Professionally monitor and handle incoming phone and e-mail requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions in our system(s)
  • Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to; registration, program content, continuing education credits, webcasts, product orders and association memberships in a timely manner
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • Provide technical support for accessing online registrations and online programs
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Sell products and services by informing customers of relevant add-ons’ and promotions
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, re-ships, cancelations and/or exchanges
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Responsible for meeting customer service standards outlined by PESI Inc.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree and/or equivalent work experience in customer service/support
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal as the role requires extensive phone use
  • Has "thick skin" and is able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers
  • Ability to research and resolve complex customer issues and possess strong decision making and analytical skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed (Monday – Friday 11am-8pm).
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
  • Must type a minimum of 35 WPM

Summary:

The Webinar Producer has a direct impact on the learner experiences delivered during PESI webinar broadcasts. This position is responsible for daily planning, production and execution of live webinars across the U.S. and U.K. The ideal candidate will be able to manage live digital events that include remote presenters, multiple streams, audience interactivity, and spanning several days. This involves supporting presenters by providing technical guidance, assisting with day of issues, and addressing attendee concerns.


Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and configure webinar events through an online platform
  • Prepare and give instruction to presenters regarding webinar events
  • Launch and execute a live virtual event using Zoom or a similar online platform
  • Provide tech support to presenters and attendees the day of the event
  • Manage webinar interactivity: chat capabilities, polling, online Q&A, breakout rooms
  • Generate postproduction reports and deliver to the necessary stakeholders
  • Provide a high degree of customer service when working with presenters
  • Other duties as assigned and needed of the business

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience in a broadcast production, service or tech-related field.
