They have trained thousands of clinicians worldwide — and now, you can get access to their proven foot assessment and treatment framework.

You’ve done everything right.
They’re still falling.

You’ve addressed balance. You’ve worked on strength. You’ve run the standard screens. And somewhere in your caseload right now, there’s a patient who keeps plateauing — or keeps falling — and you don’t have a clean explanation.

The CDC lists foot problems — pain, neuropathy, deformity — as a primary intrinsic cause of falls. Yet they remain the most undertreated variable in the room.

Your patients are walking on feet that can barely feel the ground. Most of their footwear is actively making it worse. And no standard fall prevention protocol is asking about any of it.

"The foot isn't just part of the picture. It's where the picture starts."

What’s included:

  • 5 printable clinical reference cards
  • Footwear guide
  • Immediate on-demand access
  • Use it Monday morning
  • Includes up to 4 CE Hours

The moment you stop supporting the foot and start restoring it — outcomes change.

"But Doc, don't feet need arch support?"

NO.

  • They need appropriate-fitting footwear
  • They need strength
  • They need mobility

This is the question your patients ask. It’s also the assumption that has shaped foot care for decades — and the research is actively dismantling it.

"The foot is not meant to be held hostage in a shoe. It's designed to move, adapt, and generate power."

When it can’t? Your patient falls. This training is built on that shift. You’ll walk out thinking differently — and treating differently starting Monday morning.

of gait cycle is single-limb support — a balance test on every step

more pressure needed to activate foot receptors by age 50

more pressure needed by age 80 — walking on feet that barely feel

higher all-cause mortality risk tied to failing 10-sec single leg balance

Two CE Trainings. A Complete Fall Prevention Framework — From Assessment to Treatment.

Feet First — Assessment for Fall Risk, from the Ground Up

Static & Dynamic Foot Assessment Battery

A full assessment system you can run starting tomorrow. You’ll get clinical benchmarks that will genuinely shock you — including toe strength targets most patients can’t approach, and a 10-second balance test tied to mortality outcomes.

  • Static assessment: tripod contact, toe deformity patterns, bunion mechanics
  • Tuning fork cutaneous nerve screen (most clinicians have never used this)
  • Lift Spread Reach, Toe Yoga, Lean-to-Wall / "Michael Jackson Test"
  • Ankle dorsiflexion, Single Leg Balance, Single Leg Calf Raise
  • FHL target: 10% BW  |  FDB target: 7% BW — with dynamometer protocols

Treating Foot & Ankle Dysfunction — The Direct Route to Fall Prevention

A Framework, Not a Generic Exercise List

Specific progressions based on what you find in assessment. Flexor stabilization vs. extensor substitution hammer toes get different treatments. Plus a real case — an 80-something man with zero ankle power, bilateral hammer toes, no right-side balance. He hasn’t fallen in years.

  • Forefoot splay improvements and direct balance impact
  • Toe strengthening progressions with measurable, trackable targets
  • Balance drill sequences: textured ball rolling, tandem, banded big toe
  • Power training: brisk walking >100 spm predicts mortality — here’s how to build toward it
  • Complete footwear conversation framework — including how to get patient buy-in

Learn What Most Clinicians Miss: How Foot Dysfunction Drives Fall Risk

5 clinical reference documents pulled from the slides and formatted for your clinic. Every number, protocol, and decision framework from both sessions. Print them. Pull them up between patients.

  • Dynamic Foot Assessment Quick Reference

Full battery with benchmarks, dynamometer targets, tuning fork protocol, 10-sec balance stat, case data

  • Static Assessment Cheat Sheet

Tripod contact, bunion grading angles, hammertoe patterns, age-related sensation decline by decade

  • Strength & Power Protocol Card

Sets/reps/RPE/pain guidance, calf raise norms by age & sex, power drill list, brisk walking benchmarks

  • Footwear Guidance Reference

The 3 trade-off principles, stack height tiers with shoe examples, patient profile recommendations

  • Clinical Reference Standards Pocket Card

Every number in one place — dynamometer targets, calf raise norms, balance cutoffs, cadence benchmarks

Not focused on fall prevention?
This still makes you a better clinician.

Foot mechanics sit at the center of nearly every lower extremity problem you see. The assessment and treatment framework in this course applies across your entire caseload — not just your fall-risk patients.

Chronic Plantar Fasciitis

Toe strength deficits — specifically in the flexor digitorum brevis — have been proven to correlate directly with chronic plantar fasciitis. The FDB supports and unloads the plantar fascia during propulsion. Bone spurs occur at its insertion point. Strengthening it addresses the root cause, not the symptom.

Athletic Performance

A strong FDB has been shown to improve jump height, sprint speed, and change of direction. This is one of the most versatile muscles in the body — and one of the most undertrained. Whether your patient is 80 or an active adult, foot strength translates directly to power output.

Peripheral Neuropathy

Exercising the foot increases circulation and promotes sensory nerve fiber branching — meaning patients can start to feel more and respond faster. Foot strengthening has been shown to benefit patients with peripheral neuropathies that conventional treatment alone hasn’t resolved. No one else is having this conversation with these patients.

Gait Efficiency & Longevity

Brisk walking pace (>100 steps per minute) is linked to reduced all-cause mortality, depression, dementia, and several cancers. Walking cadence can predict dementia seven years in advance. A foot that can’t feel the ground or generate power is a foot that can’t walk efficiently — and the downstream consequences are significant.

The foot is not a niche specialty.

It’s the foundation of everything your patients do on two legs.

This course gives you the tools to treat it that way.

Why your peers raved

You’ll leave with a real system

Not a list of exercises — a clinical framework you can open your patient notes and apply the next morning.

You’ll use it the same week

Clinicians who attended live consistently reported implementing assessments and progressions with patients before the week was out.

You’ll finally have the evidence

This course challenges the "brace it, support it" defaults head-on — and gives you the research-backed reasoning to treat differently with confidence.

Everything you need. One bundle. Use it this week.
