Before entering the mental health field, Liane spent over 25 years in the insurance industry, including 11 years as CEO of a brokerage she founded. Throughout her career, she also held ownership in two additional brokerages and gained deep expertise in leadership, strategic growth and operational systems – experience she now brings to helping therapists build sustainable private practices.
