Pat Harvey is a licensed clinical social who specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents and adults in a variety of treatment settings and has been using DBT for the past decade. The DBT group residence Pat created in Massachusetts won an APA Gold Award for community programming. Since moving to Maryland, Pat coaches and supports parents, siblings and family members of individuals with emotion dysregulation/mental illness. She consults and trains therapists, mental health professionals and paraprofessionals in the use of DBT skills in many venues. She is the Public Policy Consultant to NAMI MD, where she writes and delivers testimony focused on issues related to children and adults with mental illness.

Britt H. Rathbone, LCSW-C, provides psychotherapy services to adolescents and their families in the greater Washington, DC area. He is consistently voted one of Washington's best therapists for adolescents, and actively teaches graduate students and trains other professionals on issues of adolescent development and clinical treatment. He has been providing DBT services to adolescents since 2002, and is cofounder of the Metro DBT Consortium.
