HAROLD ROLLINS, DETECTIVE

Detective Harold Rollins, Jr. has two decades of experience as a police officer working patrol and serving on special units.  Currently the lead juvenile detective for the North Chicago Police Department in Illinois, Det. Rollins believes in responding to crisis and building the capacity of children and families through trauma-informed interventions.

In addition to his police work, Det. Rollins is the owner of Caped Crusader Consulting and is an Illinois law enforcement trainer for several mobile training units (MTUs).  In these capacities, Det. Rollins provides interactive trainings in the areas of child maltreatment, trauma-informed law enforcement response, community-based policing, and providing culturally responsive interventions to at risk children, families, and professionals.
