FRANK BOUTIETTE, PT, DPT, CWS

Frank Boutiette is program director for OakLeaf Advanced Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine Center, Eau Claire, Wisconsin. A physical therapist with 25 years of experience, Frank has specialized in wound care for over 15 years. Frank is a Certified Wound Specialist® (CWC) by the American Board of Wound Management. He has provided direct and consultative wound care management in various settings including home health, skilled nursing facilities, acute and outpatient care. Frank has coordinated the development and implementation of wound management programs in both hospital acute care and outpatient settings.

Throughout his career he has presented numerous wound care educational programs. He is involved with the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire Center in presenting wound management education to nursing and nurse practitioner students along with health care providers. Frank received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Dakota, School of Medicine and Health Sciences and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University-Osteopathic Medical Center.
