LISA SNOW WADE, JD

Lisa Snow Wade, JD, is a shareholder and director at Orr & Reno, PA, in Concord, where she is a member of the firm’s Health Law and Regulated Industries Practice Group. She focuses her practice on advising health care organizations on a variety of legal questions including Medicare/Medicaid, Stark and Fraud/Abuse compliance, EMTALA, HIPAA, quality assurance and consent issues. Ms. Wade was recently recognized in the New England Super Lawyers magazine as a “Super Lawyer” in three categories. She earned her AB degree, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College and her JD, magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School (Boston College Law Review). Ms. Wade teaches Health Law as an adjunct faculty member for New England College’s Masters in Health Administration course.
