Evidence-Based Treatment for Anxiety, Panic Disorder, OCD and Agoraphobia

Led by Dr. Caleb Lack, PhD
Licensed Psychologist · Researcher
Author of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder: Etiology, Phenomenology, and Treatment
ERP is evidence-based, supported by decades of research, and widely trusted in treating anxiety, OCD, panic disorders, PTSD and agoraphobia.
Because ERP doesn't rely on coping skills that offer quick relief but accidentally reinforce the avoidance that keeps fear going.
Instead, ERP helps clients lean into fear, face it with strength and learn they can trust themselves to handle hard things...
...all in a way that feels doable, supported and empowering.
ERP is one of the most widely used evidence-based treatments for anxiety and obsessive-compulsive related disorders. This two-day training shows you how to use it from start to finish.
You'll join Dr. Caleb Lack, clinical psychologist and international trainer. He'll show you a step-by-step path with detailed instruction, demonstrations, and practical real-world applications.
No confusion. No overwhelm. Just practical training that will show you how to:
And if you're worried that exposure might feel "too hard" for your clients or yourself... don't be.
Dr. Lack will show you how to deliver ERP in a way that's safe, manageable and compassionate -- so you'll be guiding clients at a pace that helps them without overwhelming them.

Yes. Dr. Lack designed this workshop to take a clinician from foundational principles all the way through full delivery. You don't need prior ERP experience -- you need a working CBT framework and a willingness to learn. By the end of day two, you'll have run through the assessment, hierarchy-building, and in-session execution piece for every major disorder ERP treats.
Covered. You'll learn how to assess for and work with comorbid presentations, plus the safety planning and risk management protocols that fit ERP delivery. Real-practice complexity is built into every module -- this isn't a clean-case training.
Yes -- and Dr. Lack walks you through the advantages, limitations, and clinical considerations specific to delivering exposure-based treatment remotely. You'll see what to do well, what to watch for, and where face-to-face still has the edge.
Each day runs 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern. You'll get a 15-minute morning break, a lunch break from 11:50 AM to 1:00 PM, and another 15-minute break after lunch.
Up to 12.5 CE hours on completion of the full 2-day program.
