Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) & Tapping, has quickly become one of the most versatile, evidence-supported mind‑body interventions out there today.
With more than 200 published studies behind it and adoption by therapists worldwide, EFT combines somatic awareness with neurologically informed strategies proven to calm the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity.
But what makes EFT especially valuable for clinicians is its flexibility.
It works seamlessly alongside almost any therapeutic orientation and helps clients regulate quickly—whether they’re dealing with anxiety, panic, traumatic stress, chronic pain, or persistent emotional overwhelm.
And we built this intensive training specifically to give you a hands‑on experience applying EFT both as a rapid stabilization tool and as a deeper, trauma‑processing intervention. Through live demonstrations, guided practice, and practical frameworks, you’ll learn how to work directly with stress physiology, identify meaningful treatment targets, and help clients experience real shifts in the moment.
Join EFT & Tapping expert, trainer, and former executive director of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology, Richard Schwarz LIVE on September 30-October 1 to learn how to put EFT into practice!
