It gives you a clear roadmap for deep listening — guiding you beyond what’s spoken and into the deeper layers of your client’s experience, where real change begins.

It teaches you to track your clients on every level of experience — words, emotions, nervous system cues, and more — so you can turn meaningful therapeutic moments into fully integrated, enduring change.

Join renowned Hakomi expert, Manuela Mischke-Reeds, as she guides you step by step through the foundations of the method, showing you how to bring Hakomi's principles and practices for working with trauma with both precision and profound care.

When you complete this program, you'll receive a PESI Certificate of Completion for this course and walk away with foundational Hakomi skills you can begin incorporating right away into your work with clients.
