Position: Direct Mail/Business Development Manager
Status:
Full-time
Responsibilities:
  • Strengthening current products through customer feedback and statistical analysis, primarily in the seminar planning area
  • Research, evaluate, promote and implement new business opportunities
  • Improving marketing strategies
  • Maximizing business development by identifying, testing and implementing new business opportunities
  • Analyze current business and implement growth strategies
  • Maintain robust general knowledge of customers, markets and business trends
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with business partners
  • Actively initiate and participate in project team efforts in the areas of business planning, process improvement and R&D
  • Demonstrate fiscal responsibility
Requirements:
  • Self motivated and has a strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years experience in one or more areas of direct mail marketing or new business development
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving skills in a challenging and fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal
  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in windows applications including Microsoft Office
  • Creativity and the ability to work independently while interacting with a diverse group of professionals
  • Budgeting, analysis and negotiation skills
