ABOUT TOM KRAPU, Ph.D., PCC
Tom Krapu, Ph.D. is trained as a counseling psychologist and has completed the International Coach Federation credentialing process and obtained the Professional Certified Coach Credential (PCC). His professional coaching experience includes delivering international individual, team and group coaching initiatives for up to $500 per hour in organizations from Fortune 100 companies and higher education settings to smaller for profit and nonprofit organizations in the financial, government and healthcare sectors. He has also provided individual and group coaching services to clergy from the congregational to the bishop level, as well as to people in transition and entrepreneurs. As an established expert on the distinction between coaching and psychotherapy, he has trained coaches in 360 survey assessment techniques, and trained “managers as coaches.” Dr. Krapu has served in several leadership roles in the International Coach Federation (ICF), has facilitated an ongoing executive peer group, designs and delivers experiential results oriented workshops, and Blogs on a regular basis on coaching and leadership http://tomkrapu.wordpress.com.
