"Elana Rosenbaum embodies in herself everything she teaches to others." ~Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D.
Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn developed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and his program is currently being taught world wide in over 250 medical centers including Duke, Stanford and Scripps. Clinical research has shown that MBSR techniques have a significant impact on the mind, emotional regulation and physical health.
In this seminar, Elana Rosenbaum will share her experience utilizing MBSR as a cancer survivor, psychotherapist and senior mindfulness teacher at UMass Medical Center and Harvard’s Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
