Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is quickly becoming the preferred method for working with borderline personality disordered clients, along with other difficult to treat clinical cases of instability. DBT has been empirically validated to reduce crisis, lower hospitalizations and improve daily functioning by empowering clients to “live a life worth living.”

Dr. Michelle Washington will guide you through an understanding and foundation of the DBT skills needed when working within the diverse populations of mental health.
